TechFriendly is one of Russia’s largest youth festivals dedicated to technology, science, and creative industries. Held annually in Nizhny Novgorod as part of the CIPR conference, the 2026 edition brought together thousands of attendees to explore the future of technology, artificial intelligence, and the evolving relationship between people and the digital world.

Navy Studio was responsible for developing the festival’s visual communications. Building on the existing brand identity, we designed and adapted a comprehensive system of visual assets, ensuring a consistent look and feel across every stage of the festival’s preparation and delivery.

The project included hundreds of communication materials, including promotional graphics, speaker cards, posters, banners, wayfinding, presentation templates, screen visuals, social media assets, digital content, and merchandise. Special attention was given to adapting the visual identity across a wide range of merchandise and printed materials.

Over the course of several months, the project continuously evolved alongside the festival’s growing program, new speakers, and changing requirements. The result was a cohesive visual communication system that unified every audience touchpoint into a consistent brand experience.
